Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Thrissur and nearby areas. Delivery availability is shown at checkout based on your entered address. We reserve the right to modify our delivery zones at any time.

2. Delivery Timings

• Standard retail orders are typically delivered within 30–60 minutes of confirmation.
• Wholesale orders are delivered on the scheduled date and time selected during booking.
• Delivery times may vary during peak hours, festivals, or adverse weather conditions.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain value or during promotional periods.

4. Dine-In & Pickup

For dine-in table bookings, no delivery is applicable. For self-pickup orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be cancelled and a refund will not be issued. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate.
